Equipment to be provided: - closed shoes that hold well to the feet (sneakers or hiking boots), - swimsuit (avoid swimming shorts), - hair tied back. Equipment provided: - neoprene set (long john, jacket, socks, T-shirt), - harness with technical progression equipment, - helmet.
