In the heart of the Pyrenees, the descent of the Ariège by canoe or kayak is an adventure in complete freedom.

6 courses offered adapted to all levels from discovery (3km – 1h00 descent) to Sensations (15km – 3h30 descent).
First departure at 10 a.m., last return shuttle at 18 p.m.: you descend the river at your own pace without time constraints.

- Free and unaccompanied descents
- Knowing how to swim 25m, and knowing how to submerge yourself is ESSENTIAL! Capsizing is possible! You will get wet!
- Wear closed-toe shoes, such as tennis shoes.
