Water aerobics in Ussat-Les-Bains

Aquagym classes resume from March 25, 2024 to November 23, 2024.
The aquagym sessions are practiced in a pool supplied with thermal water, naturally hot at 32/33°C, providing physical well-being thanks to the state of weightlessness and the feeling of self-massage that the we feel by making movements.
The Archimedean thrust promotes joint mobility and makes this method of bodybuilding very pleasant. But this ease of effort is only an illusion: the resistance of water to movement, much greater than that of free air, in reality obliges you to produce more intense and more complete muscular work.

Gentle Aquagym session at 16:40 p.m.
Invigorating Aquagym sessions at 17:40 p.m. and 18:40 p.m.

Bathing cap compulsory. Possibility of linen rental.
Secretariat open in the morning from 8 a.m. to 13 p.m. for reservations.
