For 10 years, La Truite Bio de Montferrier has been a family fish farm that shares its passion for fish with you. Our breeding respects the specifications of Organic Farming.
Our site is on the edge of the Touyre, a mountain torrent in Ariège and is distinguished by a privileged setting for raising salmonids in an artisanal way. In summer you will find on site a fishing pond, a souvenir shop and a guinguette.
