1 - Departure

Cross the village to the right by taking the Cathar trail (marked in red and white) towards the hamlet of Coulzonne. Pass in front of the stele commemorating the battle of Roquefixade.

2 - Before Coulzonne

At the crossroads before Coulzonne, turn left into the hairpin bend and go up towards the ruins of Grézat by an agricultural path. At the next intersection, turn left on the marked path which continues through the woods. After passing near the Grotte de Coulzonne (named Grotte de l'Eglise Catholique on IGN maps), fork to the right at the next intersection and continue on the marked path.

3 - Intersection with the GR

Arrived at the intersection with the GR du Pays d'Olmes, turn left onto the latter and continue until the junction with the Cathar trail. Continue straight towards the village of Roquefixade (do not hesitate to do the quarter of an hour more to get to the castle and admire the view that this magnificent site will offer you!) And reach the starting point.
