1 - From Saint-Girons to Sainte-Croix-Volvestre

Leaving from Place des Cabots in Saint-Girons, go up rue de Villefranche and pass the roundabout towards the D117. You will then turn right towards Saint-Lizier and continue on the D3. Turn right towards Gajan on the D303. You will go through Sainte-Croix, Chaumarti, Broué, Lamarge. At Barousse, continue on the D303A then fork left onto a small road on Cap del Bosc. Take the D34 towards Betchat then the D35 towards Fabas then Sainte-Croix-Volvestre.

2 - From Sainte-Croix-Volvestre to Mas-d'Azil

Once you have crossed Sainte-Croix-Volvestre, take the D627 towards Mérignon. When you get to the village, take the left turn onto the D19 then the D74 towards Daumazan-sur-Arize. When you reach the village, turn left onto the D628 towards La Bastide-de-Besplas. Go through the village and take the D26, you will pass through Meras, the beautiful village of Carla-Bayle and Sabarat before arriving at the village of Mas d'Azil.

3 - From Mas-d'Azil to Saint-Girons

Continue after crossing the village of Mas d'Azil, passing the cave then turn right at Rieubach on the D15. You will pass Camarade then turn left at Mérignon to continue on the D627. You will cross Lassere and Audinac-les-Bains before returning to Saint-Girons.
