Follow the wide path (it is even more of a track) which goes up along the valley. In a bend, the track splits in two. Take a left to go up by the laces. After having left a beautiful waterfall on your right, you arrive near a small bridge where the pond of Médécourbre is indicated on your right. Do not take this direction and continue straight on this track. Leave a hut on your right and continue hiking on this pleasant trail until the foot of a switchback climb.

At the last bend, do not take the main path that goes to the left. Take a path that is less well marked but still signposted which continues to climb more steadily. Cross a small stream to come to a junction with another trail. Continue the climb for about 2 kilometers to reach the pond of Médécourbe.

The return is made by retracing your steps to the previous crossing. Take the path that goes to the left and continue downhill, staying on the left bank of the stream. Further down, you will join the GRT62 marked in red and white which will take you to the Labinas waterfall before arriving at the track which will take you back to the starting car park.
