1 - Stage 1: From Pamiers to Vals

From Pamiers station, go up Boulevard de la Gare then Rue Jacques Ourgaud, turn onto Route de Villeneuve then left onto Route de Bouchonne to the village of Villeneuve-du-Paréage. In the village, you will come to a stop sign, turn left then the next street on the right.

Continue straight ahead until Crieu then join the D414 until Gaudiès. Pass on the left by the D430 after this village to fork on a small road on the right. You will join the D306 which will take you to the D6 then the village of Teilhet. Take the D40 in this village to the church of Vals.

2 - Step 2: Return to Pamiers after visiting the church

Continue on the D40 to join the D30 towards Saint-Amadou. In the village, turn left on the D129 to reach La Tour-du-Crieu. You just have to take the direction of Pamiers to return to the starting point.
