Often associated with a moment of conviviality and pleasure, it did not take less to combine it with the bicycle: nothing like a discovery of the cheese flavors of the Departments to punctuate a bike ride, after the effort the comfort !

Through the “Bike & Cheese” route, visits to farms, maturing cellars, meetings with dairymen and cheese makers, etc. are offered along existing cycle routes to discover the know-how of passionate craftsmen and the diversity of Ariège's culinary heritage!
