The restaurant is located directly in the extension of the Comptoir Appaméen des Viandes, specialized in slaughtering and cutting, managed by the Amardeil family, well known to the Ariégeois as a wholesaler.
We are therefore here in the presence of real meat professionals in all its forms. And so that this meat pic does not lack spice, a real chef works in the kitchen, also well known in the person of Grégory Rodriguez, who had delighted gastronomes in his famous restaurant La Table de la Ramade in Rabat- les-Trois-Seigneurs, at the foot of another peak.
You will enjoy meats of course, but also fish. The room is huge, the decor is design in red and black and tinted with white. Large bay windows bring in light while hiding the outside environment.

Open Tuesday to Saturday noon from 12 p.m. to 15 p.m. from Thursday to Saturday from 12 p.m. to 15 p.m. and in the evening from 19:30 p.m. to 23 p.m.
