From the entrance, one is seduced by the whole which combines a restaurant with a warm atmosphere, an Asian touch mixed with local products, an enclosed garden with a private swimming pool and your vacation rental. The bamboo floor, the exposed beams and the terrace, ideal for extending the moments of relaxation, add to the appeal of the place. Access to the building is via a porch, where there is an independent and secure entrance on the ground floor. This cottage offers an autonomous and intimate experience.
The apartment, located on the 1st floor, is arranged on a single level. It includes a large living room with a fitted kitchen, a dining area, an office and a lounge. The terrace has garden furniture and a table for outdoor dining. You will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 cm) and another with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be joined together. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and the toilets are separate. The apartment has reversible air conditioning and the bedrooms have electric heating.
You will benefit from Internet access (free), sheets, towels and household linen, as well as beds made upon arrival. Baby equipment is also available. The kitchen has an espresso machine, a coffee maker, a teapot, a microwave, an oven, induction hobs, a dishwasher. A washing machine is at your disposal.
Free parking is available on the street in front of the gîte. A closed garage is also available nearby, for an additional fee. The enclosed garden is shared between the gîte and the restaurant. Rates include all charges.
The end-of-stay cleaning fee will be payable directly to the owner.
The private swimming pool is accessible from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 15 p.m. to 19 p.m.
