You will leave from the gîte to discover the Great Sites of Ariège: Mirepoix, the Château de Montségur, that of Foix... up to the City of Carcassonne. You will be warmly welcomed in this cottage where wood is in the spotlight and by Christian the owner. We appreciate the communal land which is in front of the gîte which opens onto the Douctouyre valley and which you can take to access the ski resort of Monts d'Olmes which is a 1/2 hour drive away.
House adjoining the owner's house located in a very quiet lane in the small village of Vira. Ground floor: Direct entrance into the living room with lounge area, dining area and fitted kitchen area. Floor: Landing converted into a bedroom for 1 person with a large dressing room. It leads to another bedroom with 1 double bed. and a bathroom with wc (sanibroyeur). Electric heating and reversible air conditioning in the living room. Private car park. Communal land in front of the cottage with garden table with chairs and private barbecue.
