Please note that the means of heating being dry energy electricity, this is included in the rental price up to a certain consumption (9 kwh per day and 63 kwh per week). The surplus, if applicable, is invoiced at the end of the stay. Linen and sheets are not provided but it is possible to rent them from the concierge (sheet, duvet cover, 2 pillowcases for large bed €15 and €12 for small bed / 2 large towels + 1 small towel for €10) The cleaning fee of €40 must be requested from the concierge. A deposit check of €500 + one of €40 (cleaning) is required on arrival and is returned at the end of the stay. Arrivals are between 15 p.m. and 19 p.m. and departures between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Your insurance contract (to be provided upon arrival) must include the clearly specified “rental and vacation liability insurance” extension.
