The gîte is located in SENCONAC, a very small mountain village perched at an altitude of 900m. You will be surrounded by the residents of the farm: horses, ponies, donkeys and goats, as well as cows and sheep grazing in semi-freedom in the mountains. My philosophy is oriented towards the well-being of living beings in general. The village is a quiet place with many hikes to do starting directly from the gîte. This rental is an ideal place to relax. A stream with natural beaches is less than 10 minutes away on foot. Perfect for cooling off on hot days! The bravest can go up to swim in the Appy pond. Although isolated, you will not be far from all the tourist activities offered in the valley. Quiet detached house with garden and open view of the valley and the mountains. 130 m² of living space + Enclosed and private garden of 560 m² (garden furniture, barbecue available) + possibility of parking 2 cars in front of the Gîte on enclosed grounds. Equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge freezer, crockery, table and 4-seater chairs) Large living room (1 2-seater sofa, 2 4-seater sofas, TV (the TV does not have access to channels because, in our opinion, the holidays are made to disconnect, table and chairs for 10 people), DVD player. Bedroom 1 - sleeps 2 (1 bed 140x190) Bedroom 2 - sleeps 2 (1 bed 160x200) Bedroom 3 - sleeps 4 (2 bunk beds 90x200) the window is shared with bedroom 3b Bedroom 3b - sleeps 2 (1 bed 140x190) access is via bedroom 3 Shower room – Ground floor Shower room 1st floor Garden with 10-seater table, barbecue and sunbeds The price indicated is for 6 people, beyond that the supplement is €20/ person/day. Reservation: - 6 nights minimum outside school holidays (arrivals on Mondays from 14 p.m. and departures on Sundays before 16 p.m.) - 7 nights minimum during school holidays (arrivals from 16 p.m. and departures before 10 a.m. on Saturdays). Cleaning is not included in the rental, you can choose the basic cleaning option at 150€ when handing over the keys. When you arrive, you will be asked for a deposit check of €200 for cleaning, which will be returned to you when the good state of cleanliness of the gîte has been noted. Sheets, towels and tea towels are not included in the rental, you can choose the option which is 20€ per person to notify me by message when you have booked. Children from 0 to 2 years old are welcome, you will have to count them in the total number of travelers. If you have an animal, it is accepted, however it can only enter the kitchen area. Its stay will cost you 50€/animal and when you arrive you will be asked for a deposit check of 200€/animal for cleaning, it will be returned to you when the good state of cleanliness of the gîte has been noted. 4G WIFI available, limited to 3GB of consumption/day (€9/GB overage). Electricity costs are included in the prices indicated at the rate of 24 kW (12kW HC/12kW HP) per day. Any excess is the responsibility of the tenant. The amount due is calculated on the basis of the average unit rate per kW in force. (HP €0,1841 per kWh and HC €0,147 per kWh EDF tariffs on 01/08/2022).
