Gite with independent access set up in the main entrance of this former hotel. It is located in an adjoining part at the back of the owner's house and overlooks a street in the village. Ground floor: entrance hall, wc, living room with kitchen area and lounge area with wood stove and sofa bed for 1 person. Internet access (wi-fi). Floor: access by a somewhat steep staircase. Landing with library area, 1 large bedroom with 1 160 cm bed, large storage cupboard, desk and direct access to a bathroom with washing machine. Electric and wood heating. Sheets, towels, household linen provided and included in the price, beds made on arrival. All inclusive. Cleaning service on request and payable. Owner's SPA access payable and by reservation. Access by the alley to the common ground with the owner with bowling green, covered and shared garden furniture. Common tennis court at 200 m. and common children's play area 50 m away.
