This rural cottage, housed in a renovated farmhouse, shares a 2-hectare park with the owners' house. A small stream flows into the river that borders the park 50 meters away, creating an environment conducive to relaxation. In the shade of the chestnut trees, the soothing sound of the water invites relaxation, while children can fully enjoy the verdant countryside. This location is also ideal for fishing enthusiasts.

The ground floor comprises a large dining room with a dining area and a lounge, as well as a separate kitchen and toilet. Upstairs, the cottage offers four bedrooms, each sleeping two, with private shower rooms and toilets. Oil-fired central heating ensures optimal comfort. Outside, the front door overlooks the grounds and is equipped with garden furniture, a water feature, and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining.

Parking is available on site. Sheets and linens are available for rent, and housekeeping services are available upon request. For smaller groups, a reduced capacity with flexible rates for up to four people can be offered upon request.
