The cottage of the donkey farm

Laurence and David, breeders of hiking donkeys and beautiful Gascon cows, welcome you to this gîte in an old barn. Located in the village of Appy, 1000 m. of alt. on the Saint-Barthélémy, the cottage is comfortable, bright and well exposed. You will take advantage of its preserved setting to (re)discover the Haute Ariège in all seasons: its hikes, its history and its heritage.

Small detached house with parking, terrace, covered shelter, garden furniture, barbecue. On the main level: kitchen area and dining area, bench seat, corner fireplace, shower room, WC. In the mezzanine: sofa, flat screen TV, reading, games. On the lower level, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, reading room, storage. Electric heating ; WIRELESS. Rental of sheets and linen; baby equipment available on request. Access to bedrooms and mezzanine by steep and narrow interior stairs. Possibility of "carefree booking" package (cleaning service, beds made on arrival, linen provided) for €2; possibility package "at the cottage with a donkey": contact the owners directly.
