Ideally located in a small high mountain hamlet in the heart of the Ariégeois Natural Park, this old barn made of local natural stones dating from 1886 and completely renovated in 2020, offers a breathtaking view of the mountains of the valley. A real haven of peace, this place combines charm and authenticity of the old (natural stones - exposed beams...), a cosy, soothing decoration and optimal comfort.
This house with large openings and thick walls is very bright and keeps the place cool in the middle of summer; the bedrooms, one of which has a balcony, are promises of peaceful nights.
The outdoor area, complete with a barbecue and a hundred-year-old walnut tree, will allow you to enjoy meals outdoors. The pool of pure and fresh natural water will allow you to revitalize yourself in the hottest of summer.

Independent gite surrounded by 5 ha of open land with a natural water basin and the possibility of swimming from mid-June to mid-September. Private car park. Direct entry into the fitted kitchen. Shower room with wc. Large living room with TV (access via the box to the channels of the "Free" package) and Internet access. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with an independent access staircase and 1 160 cm bed. Each room has heating by reversible air conditioning. Adjoining land with garden table, teak chairs and barbecue.
