Village house, completely renovated. It is located in Arquizat, one of the 5 villages in the commune of Miglos, at an altitude of 800 m in the heart of the Pyrénées Ariégeoises Regional Natural Park. You will have access to the entire house and can meet up with family or friends to recharge your batteries far from the hustle and bustle of the cities. The region is ideal for enjoying cultural and sporting activities. Whether you are a lover of lovely walks or hikes, a fan of board sports (alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing, etc.), white water sports (canyoning, canoeing, etc.), water ski lifts, tree climbing , cycling, horse riding or spa treatments, passionate about History and old stones (discovery of Cathar high places, castles, prehistoric caves, Prehistory Park, etc.), our house is ideally located for discovering this magnificent region. Accommodation: The house consists, on the ground floor: - an entrance opening onto the living room and a completely renovated semi-open kitchen (induction hob, multifunction oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, micro- waves, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine and filter coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, raclette machine, crepe maker). Baby high chair on request. The living room, a cozy space, has 2 sofas of 2 and 3 seats, an HD TV (Bouquet d'Orange). Wifi is available throughout the house. - a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. On the 1st floor: -1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 four-poster bed, storage space for clothes. -1 bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, numerous storage cupboards. On the 2nd floor: -attic space including 2 beds of 90 x 190, a buffet for each traveler. We have a travel cot for babies which we make available to you on request. Electric heating, Internet, cleaning included. Beds made, towels and household linen provided. Free parking at the entrance to the village. Currently, the house does not have an outdoor space available but there are plenty of walks right out of the gîte!
