Gîte Limoux – Domaine de Montcabirol

A little piece of heaven set in its own hamlet in stunning countryside with views of the distant Pyrenees. Dating back centuries, our gites are set in beautiful secluded gardens around a large fenced swimming pool, providing an ideal setting for a couple, family or group holiday. This cottage has a lot of charm and offers you a spacious and bright living space.
On the ground floor you will find a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable sofas and a dining room with views of the surrounding countryside.
Upstairs there are two large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The doors open onto a magnificent south-facing terrace which overlooks the swimming pool. The terrace is covered with fragrant roses and kiwi plants which provide ample shade from the sun. Next to the terrace is a sheltered outdoor kitchen, ideal for long summer evenings. Two spacious bedrooms are on the first floor - one with a king size bed and the other with a double bed. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. There is also a large family bathroom on the first floor with separate shower and bath. The toilets are on the ground floor. Here you will find all the comforts of home, including television and DVD player, USB point(s), speakers and free wifi available throughout the grounds. The fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and kettle. The swimming pool is secured with deckchairs and parasols. Pool towels can be hired for a small fee (please contact us for details). The summer kitchen with outdoor barbecue and dining area is located in your own private, enclosed outdoor space. All linens and towels are included in the price. There is also a laundry room on site. Cots and high chairs for babies and toddlers are available.
