This old independent barn, facing south, located in the countryside with a view of the mountain, perfectly combines tradition and modernity with a subtle harmony between stone, wood, and refined decoration. It is located in the upper part of a mountain village, not overlooked. You will appreciate the fireplace area where it is pleasant to relax (1 insert has been added for winter comfort). We have lunch in the shade of the ash tree and contemplate the Pyrenean landscape. The exterior is furnished with multiple rest areas: benches, sun loungers (including 1 large one for 2 people to look at the stars), armchairs... to enjoy this privileged environment. Accommodation qualified as “Marque Parc” by the Pyrénées Ariégeoises Regional Natural Park.
Access on foot for 100 m by a small slope from the car park in front of the church (2 trolleys at your disposal). On the ground floor: large living room with dining area, lounge area with 2 leather sofas and large fireplace with an insert (door that can be lifted). Kitchen area, fully equipped. Small "rest" room. Shower room with wc and washbasin. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 cm bed, balcony with view of the mountains. 160 bedroom (sunrise view) with 1 single beds. Shower room, separate toilet with washbasin. Landing converted into a children's relaxation area + office area. Garden table with chairs, sun loungers, bench seat, barbecue, deck chairs. Rental of sheets, towels and cleaning service on request. Baby equipment. Summer: outdoor solar shower. Enclosed land. Storage room (bicycles...). Ping pong table.
