Description of the apartment:
This apartment, crossing, of 37m², is in perfect condition; it is located on the ground floor, northwest side, and on the 1st floor southeast side. For health reasons, it is non-smoking, pets not allowed. No external noise pollution.
The living room: is bright and opens onto a balcony (5m²) facing south-east, sunny all morning until around 13 p.m. It is equipped in particular with a two-seater BZ sofa and an air conditioning system.
The kitchen: very functional, you will have all of today's equipment at your disposal (notably crockery for 6 people, 4-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, etc.), raclette machine, sandwich maker, sir, and picnic basket included!
The master bedroom: also facing south-east, you will be awakened by the rays of the sun (in summer!). Double bed. Note that a baby cot is available free of charge upon reservation.
The sleeping area: (6m²), separated from the other rooms, is equipped with bunk beds which will delight two children.
The bathroom: you can take a bath in a real bathtub! separate toilet.
