This traditional stone house labeled "Marque Parc" is located in the hamlet of Sentenac, 950 m. altitude. Clinging to the mountain, not overlooked, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the Montcalm. Parking at the entrance or exit of the village then access on foot to the gîte. Terraced house with a terrace equipped with a garden table with chairs, a barbecue and sun loungers and surrounded by a small open land. A small footpath separates the gîte from this terrace. Another private, unfenced and very sloping ground is located at the rear of the gîte, access to which is via the 1st floor. Ground floor: Entrance hall, kitchen with dining area, bench, TV and wood stove. 1st floor: large living room, bathroom, WC, garden access. 2nd floor: 2 attic bedrooms: one with 1 double bed, the other with 2 single beds and 2 child bed.
