Where to go rafting in Ariège Pyrénées?
In Ariège, rafting is practiced on two main rivers: Ariège and Salat. These two spots are perfect places to try rafting for the first time with friends or with family! In the program ? Rapids, paddles, splashes and fun!
On the Salat
In a green environment, in the heart of Couserans, very close to Saint-Girons, the Salat, passes through deciduous forests and allows young and old to discover the adventure of a rafting descent! Departure of the descents in Soueix-Rogalle.

Rafting spots in the Pyrenees
The chain of the Pyrenees between France and Spain offers a range of extraordinary rivers that are full of water from the spring to practice rafting and all other whitewater activities. Among the most incredible spots we find:
- The Gave de Pau: In Lourdes, Saint-Pé de Bigorre or even Pau, the rafting adventure in the Hautes-Pyrénées and the Pyrénées Atlantiques promises to be sensational and dynamic!
- Gorges of the Aude: Only 1 hour from Carcassonne and Perpignan, we embark on the Aude to paddle the gorges of Pierre-Lys and Saint-Georges! They offer sublime landscapes and the perfect action dose for a day between friends successful!
