Jean Louis Orengo is the inventor of this strange object, this Ariégeois imagined Georgette during one of his naturalist expeditions. Georgette was first adopted by Paul Fontvielle creative chef at Couserans and founder of Domaine de Beauregard.

Presented at Colette, a trendy boutique in the capital, spotted by Alain Ducasse, an emblematic chef, Georgette now frequents the "spoons" restaurants created by Mr Ducasse around the world.

Recently, it is the famous Dom Pérignon champagne that has chosen Georgette to accompany it on cosmopolitan tables. Selected by the design observatory, Georgette is shaking up habits and participating in the evolution of tableware in several countries around the world.
