Visit 2022:
Following the developments of the Trimouns site in 2020 and 2021, the problems recruiting guides and as a health precaution linked to shared transport, we regret to inform you that the exceptional site of the Carrière de Talc cannot be visited by 2022 (neither for individuals nor for groups)

The Haute Ariège looks forward to seeing you in the spring of 2023 as part of the Ingenious Valleys projects with the new Talc museography in Luzenac.

With huge machines, they discover, extract, sort and transport talc, the softest and softest rock on our earth. In front of them, the chain of the Pyrenees unrolls its snow-capped peaks.
