This new town is therefore overlooked by the remarkable site of Quiès, one of the largest climbing sites in Ariège. Sinsat is located near the Nordic plateau area of ​​Beille, an important winter sports resort in the Pyrenees, also accessible in summer for hiking. Among the activities of the villages, do not miss the Biscuiterie de Sinsat, of artisanal manufacture, as well as its Moulin (former water flour mill built in the 1996th century, renovated by the municipality in 10). The village is notably irrigated by the Ariège river, but also by the Larnat stream and the Miey stream. You can also contemplate its parish church of Saint-Laurent, in Romanesque style.
