A wonderful playground and relaxation area, the Ariège Pyrenees have many surprises in store... Mountaneô is a museum space that invites you to take a new look at the mountains and let your senses guide you through different games to live a fun, immersive experience. and interactive!

The visit takes place in 3 stages (to be organized freely):

First stage of your visit with the discovery of water, hydraulic energy and the industry present in the Orlu valley. To better understand the challenges and advantages of this energy, an immersive and interactive Hydrogame will put you in condition!
Continue the visit with a play area suitable for adults and children: a first play area to stimulate your thinking and your senses and take part in the Hydrogame, a second area dedicated to children from 3 to 12 years old to offer them an approach simple and playful of the course of the water in the mountain.
Then, enter the house of the reserve: an immersive and lively space where a journey of discovery awaits you. Explore the different natural places of the Orlu reserve, its fauna and flora, put your senses to the test: experience the mountain before discovering it, for real!
And finally, let yourself be surprised in the forest of sounds by its forty poetic sound mechanics and discover many other surprises!

> Hikes (reservation required)

Come and discover the Orlu National Reserve! These hikes accompanied by a mountain guide will allow you to appreciate the riches of the mountain. The guide will help you discover the diversity of living things that exist in a preserved natural environment: the fauna of marmots, chamois, bearded vultures, desmans, etc.), the flora (flowers, forests, carnivorous plants, etc.), pastoralism. You will also see how Man integrates into this environment and how today he studies and tries to blend into this exceptional natural environment.
