Lake Carla-Bayle

At the foot of the Carla-Bayle bastide, discover a pretty 11-hectare lake. The banks are easily accessible and shaded.

You can walk all year round and go around the lake, for around 2km.

Swimming is authorized and supervised from July 6 to September 1, every day from 11 a.m. to 19 p.m. Outside the demarcated area, swimming is not permitted.

On the north shore, a leisure center has been set up: mini golf courses, beach volleyball, tennis, or even a skate park and games for children.

Picnic tables are at your disposal. Barbecues are prohibited.


You can also fish all year round in this private lake, dependent on the Carla Bayle Town Hall. Point of sale for cards and tickets: Auberge Pierre Bayle and village hall or at the Resto du lac. Prices: €8 per day, €40 per year (free for children under 12).

Mountain bike or hiking trails take advantage of a passage near the lake.

Motorhomes can park in the car park.
